Résumé

The Whistling Face Syndrome, also known as the Freeman-Sheldon Syndrome or Craniotarsal dystrophy, was first described by Freeman-Sheldon in 1938. There have been approximately 30 cases reported in the literature. Two patients have been seen in the Ophthalmology department, Montreal Childrens Hospital, McGill University. The first infant died of aspiration.
