Résumé

Nous avons etudie les modes de transmission connus er la prevalence statistique des maladies oculaires suivantes: l'ani­ridie, l'anophthalmie, la choroideremie, le colobome de l'iris, le glaucome congenital, la ptose congenitale, l'ectopie du cristallin, le keratocone, la microphthalmie, l'albinisme ocu­laire et la retinire pigmentaire. A partir d'un diagnosticferme, de l'arbre genealogique e de l'examen du plus grand nombre possible des membres de la famille, ii est parjois possi­ble d'evaluer les risques qui court l'enfant a naitre d'une famille ou ces maladies existent deja.
