Résumé

Apres avoir defini le concept d 'anisometropie paradoxale. Les auteurs presententent cas rype a titre d'illustration. Des donnees sur la prevalence de ce probleme visuel som fournies et enfin des considerations prariques sont apportees de facon a emreprendre un trairement efficace.
