Réalise à I' automne de 1988, le sondage sur I'optométrie au Canada est le premier sondage national des optométristes du Canada. Le but de cette publication est de présenter quelques résultats du questionnaire sur Les caractéristiques démographiques et Les pratiques des optométristes du pays. Le questionnaire a été distribué selon un échantillonnage probabiliste; aussi, peut-on conclure que la non-réponse n'entache en rien fa validité des résultats du sondage.
