Bull's-eye maculopathy: Differential diagnosis of Stargardt's disease

Une lésion maculaire en forme de cocarde entourée d’un anneau rouge caractérise un certain nombre d’affections oculaires. Le cas présenté ici fait appel à des test cliniques standard de la fonction visuelle et a une évaluation par diagnostic électrophysiologique pour préciser le diagnostic différentiel de patients qui souffrent d’une légère allient visuelle et d’une maculopathie en cocarde entourée d’un anneau rouge l’angiographie a la fluorescéine a confirmé un diagnostic de la maladie Starardt.
