Treatment of a Vertical Imbalance with Vertical Vergence Training

L'utilisation d'un prisme vertical pour corriger une déviation verticale est une technique poursuivie avec succès dans nombre de cas. Toutefois, ii y a des situations ou le patient s'adapte au prisme. II est évident qu'un prisme vertical ne peut corriger une cyclophorie secondaire a une paralysie d'un muscle oblique. Une paralysie d'un muscle droit inférieur ou supérieur masque cette tendance a la cyclo phorie. Ce travail décrit le succès obtenu avec un programme de réhabilitation chez un hyperphore manifestant une adaptation a un prisme vertical.
