Etudes comparative de deux methodes de mesure de l'epaisseur de la cornee humaine

L'epaisseur centrale de la comee mesuree par deux methodes fait l'objet de comparaison chez un echanrillon de trente-et-un sujets nonnaux. A chacune des deux seances requises, la mesure pachymetrique s'obtient par l 'entremise d'une methode optique et ultrasonique. Une analyse de variance a mesures repetees demontre la fiabilite des pror cedes optique et ulrasonique. Le pachy metre oprique revele des differences systemariques selon le cote observe. Un coefficient de correfarion tres imponam est observe entre les deux procedes et es mesures obtenues pour l'oeil droit ne sont pas differentes de faron significative.
